Very fine Gendarmerie pistol model An IX T flintlock converted to percussion under the Restoration. Iron fittings. Flintlock lock marked Manufacture Royale de Maubeuge with crowned C hallmark. Round barrel with thunderbolt sides, dated 1815 on the upper left side, An 9 T model marking on the breech. MR hallmark on the right side. Beautiful walnut stock with number 43, also found on the left side of the barrel. Marks D and W on trigger guard. Wear and tear and patina.
