Lefaucheux-type 9mm pinfire revolver. Octagonal barrel marked on top with WINDISCH A NÎMES and arabesque decoration. Jean-Louis Windisch is listed as a gunsmith in Nîmes in 1836. Barrel length 10.8 cm. 6-shot cylinder engraved with flowers and squares, one crowned Z mark. Carcass engraved with flowers and squares. Retractable trigger. Smooth black wooden plates. Functional mechanism. Total length 22 cm. Good condition, wear and patina.
