Stone statue of Buddha.
The deity is shown seated in a samâdhi meditation posture on the Mucilinda nâga, with the base formed by the coiled creature's body, and the head protected by the seven snake heads. Hands placed one on top of the other in dhyanamudra, meditative face, half-closed eyes, full lips and broad nose, head crowned with a conical mukuta headdress.
