CHINA, late 19th - early 20th century A pair of quanyi-shaped armchairs in natural patinated wood, with an arched back evoking a horseshoe, extending into scrolled armrests. The openwork back is reinforced by a crosspiece carved with the silhouette of an archaic vase housing a bone-inlaid decoration of figures.
